Our Quick Start Service is designed to provide the flexibility needed to for a tailored implementation and configuration. One of our Technical Consultants will undertake up to 2 hours of core implementation activities and post-implementation options.

Deliverables

The Ipswitch Analytics Quick Start Service allows your system administrators or support personnel to work with our Technical Consultants to accomplish the following:

  • Project Planning
    • Discuss implementation strategy
    • Verify prerequisites
    • Schedule Activities
  • Implementation
    • Install the Ipswitch Analytics software
    • Configure the license within the web interface
    • Install the Ipswitch Analytics agents
    • Discuss Backup Procedures.

Once the core Implementation Service activities are complete, customers will be able to select items from the list below to exhaust the remaining time.

  • Report management
  • Creating users
  • Discuss troubleshooting techniques
  • Navigating the web interface
  • Assigning rule sets
  • General product consulting.
