Renewing your service agreement each year ensures technical support and priority access to software updates.
How to renew:
Note: If your service agreement has lapsed, request a quote for a new one.
- Log in to the Progress Community and go to My Products page.
- Select the product to renew under My Products. If you do not see your product, Check the My Company's Products filter.
- Click the Add | Renew button.
- Review and update your product configuration, and get your quote.
