Renewing your service agreement each year ensures technical support and priority access to software updates.
How to renew:
1. Log in to the Progress | Ipswitch Community and go to My Products page.
2. Select the product to renew under My Products. If you do not see your product, Check the My Company's Products filter.
3. Click the Add | Renew button.
4. Review and update your product configuration, and get your quote.
Note: If your service agreement has lapsed, request a quote for a new one.
