LEXINGTON, Mass. – November 27, 2012 – Ipswitch Network Management Division, developer of the WhatsUp Gold suite of innovative IT management software, announced today that the WhatsUp Gold Community Manager, Jason Williams has been named a winner for the Super Nova Award in the category of Next Generation Customer Experience. Sponsored by Constellation Research, the 2012 SuperNova Awards recognizes those who take great strides in adopting and implementing new technologies which positively impact their organization. SuperNova award winners are recognized as true leaders, explorers, and innovators who successfully put new technologies to work.

Early October, Jason was named a semi-finalist in the Next Generation Customer Experience category, after being nominated by the WUGspace platform vendor, Igloo Software. With fifteen other nominees for the category, including EMC, Sage, and Kaspersky Lab, it was an honor to receive the award alongside Lynn Hemans of Taco bell at the SuperNova Awards Gala Dinner on November 9th. “WUGspace was created to give the IT community (and WhatsUp Gold users) a place to share knowledge, provide valuable product feedback, and ask questions, to help make their lives easier,” explained Jason Williams.
