McArdle has worked in the technology industry for almost 30 years, seeing first hand technology movements from mainframe to client/server to the Web, and more recently, to the cloud. He has been a software engineer, a QA engineer, a project manager, Agile consultant, an IT services manager and currently works in sales. His passion is helping IT people communicate better with their finance counterparts and business budget holders to get their project tooling and infrastructure needs funded.

McArdle is joined by other panelists: Paul Killoran, CEO and Founder of Ex Ordo; Michelle Corcoran, HR Manager EMEA at MathWorks; John Crumlish, CEO of Galway International Arts Festival; Karl Flannery, CEO of Storm Technology and Eoghan Masterson, professional rugby player with Connacht Rugby.
