WhatsUp Gold 2018 SP2 also includes integration with ServiceNow for directly creating trouble tickets from WhatsUp Gold.
“We continue to listen to customer feedback and improved WhatsUp Gold 2018 to make users’ lives easier,” said Bill Doll, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Ipswitch. “The new WhatsUp Gold 2018 Service Pack 2 includes several key security and usability enhancements and our new integration with ServiceNow.”
In addition to the ServiceNow integration, enhancements include Tor (Dark Net) detection and reporting, Dell Fluid FS storage device support, Microsoft Hyper-V 2016 support and other usability enhancements.
