Ipswitch Network Management Marks 20th Anniversary with ‘Twenty4Twenty’ Community Service Program

Program Sets Goal of 20 Hours of Community Service for Every Employee

LEXINGTON, Mass. ─ September 13, 2011 ─ Ipswitch Inc.’s Network Management Division, developer of the WhatsUp Gold suite of innovative IT management solutions, today announced that it will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company with a new community service program, “Twenty4Twenty.” The goal of the program is to have every Ipswitch Network Management employee complete 20 hours of community service over the next 12 months.

Twenty4Twenty is a voluntary program and offers Network Management Division employees the flexibility to work with the charitable organization of their choice. Following in the spirit of Ipswitch’s iCare program, in which five percent of company profits are donated to a variety of community programs, employees have already committed volunteer time through Twenty4Twenty to organizations such as A Foundation to be Named LaterRoom to Grow , Camp Sunshine and The Boy Scouts of America.

“Ipswitch has a long history of both volunteering and philanthropic financial participation in high-impact community and charitable organizations because we believe that the vitality of our company, and our employees, is linked to the health of our communities,” said Ennio Carboni, president of the Ipswitch Network Management Division. “The Twenty4Twenty program is a great way to celebrate our 20th anniversary by having each employee volunteer their time and talents to community organizations that truly make a difference. With more than 120 employees currently in the Network Management Division, we will provide over 2,400 hours of community service when we reach our goal.”

Ipswitch Network Management will create a special website for Twenty4Twenty to track the hours volunteered and the progress being made towards achieving the program’s goals. Access to this site will be available through a link from the main Ipswitch Network Management site, www.whatsupgold.com.
