Ipswitch Customer Community Honored with Best Support Website Award by Association of Support Professionals (ASP)

Ipswitch Customer Community Offers One-Stop Online Platform for Easy Access to Manage Products, Get Support, Ask Questions and Share Ideas 24/7

LEXINGTON, Mass. – June 21, 2017Ipswitch®, the leader in easy to deploy, manage and use file transfer and network management software, announced its Ipswitch Customer Community, allowing all customers easy 24/7 access to manage their products, get support, ask questions and share ideas, was one of ten support sites honored with a "Best Web Support Sites of 2017" Award by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP). Ipswitch’s Customer Community, honored in the category of small companies (under $100 million), was ranked by at least five independent judges on 25 criteria, including knowledgebase and search implementation, community engagement, usability, design, navigation and interactive features.

The Ipswitch Customer Community is the one-stop for customers to access support, product news and upgrades, training, certification, knowledge base, group discussions, share ideas and provide feedback on experiences or ask a question. They can also attend online product demonstrations or have quick and easy access to a sales representative through their community account. The portal visitors have grown 15 percent per month since the December launch with an expected 25,000 organic visits in June.

The platform offers a single, unique identity with login credentials, enhanced support for browsers, tablets and mobile devices as well as one exclusive search for all data repositories – knowledge base, questions, ideas and online help. All former customer portals, knowledge bases and the old community (WUGSpace) are now combined into this single site and experience.
