For this webinar, Jeanne is joined by speakers from GoBus in Galway, sharing their thoughts and lessons learned on the importance of aligning CX with Marketing.

Since 2011, the community has grown to 120 visiting monthly events, to nearly 500 coming to the OMiG Digital Summit, and an online reach of over 8,000.

Jeanne co-hosted Ipswitch’s PICNIC Podcast live show featuring industry guests who deliver tips and tricks to help lessen IT professionals’ headaches. She is an accomplished writer, advisor and speaker. She co-authored “Go Mobile,” a top-selling mobile marketing book on Amazon.com. Jeanne has been serving on the Advisory Boards of BrightInfo, Bedrock Data, the SLMA, and as a strategic advisor to Protinuum, Cyber Security Intelligence. She also serves as the Co-Chair of the MassTLC Sales and Marketing Group.
