The group is addressing why ABM is the best strategy for events, how leading enterprises are optimizing their field marketing strategy to embrace ABM, examples of effective ABM field programs and how top marketers are taking their brand on the road while educating their buyers. Joan is joined by enterprise technology marketers from ClickSoftware, Avid Technology, Virgin Pulse, AppNeta, Skillsoft Corporation and Localytics.
“Ipswitch has grown through a successful 1:1 approach with channel partners and the Ipswitch sales team, focusing on partners as key accounts in alignment with inside sales to drive new business with 100 percent participation in our programs,” said Joan Groleau. “We have grown our partner base extensively through ABM programs with a healthy ratio of program spending to overall corporate revenue. I look forward to sharing my strategies in addition to how we measure our ABM results.”
In May, Joan was recognized as one of CRN’s 2017 Women of the Channel for the second consecutive year. For the past two years, Joan has overseen Ipswitch’s North American channel team so that all communications, sales, demand generation and acquisitions with key partners are aligned with the company’s mission to help small business and enterprise IT teams to successfully navigate the complex IT environment, including industry and government data security, compliance and regulatory requirements. She implemented a new program built on a micro-training curriculum where each concept is broken down into small segments, resulting in tripling partner participation.
