Welcome
The WhatsUp Professional Solutions guide is a new approach to product documentation. It is a living site, that is to be constantly updated, with new items listed as they are added. Check back often to see if we address issues that are similar to problems you are facing, or functions that you have overlooked in the product.
Functional areas of the application are listed in the menu to the left. Below that menu is the context menu that goes with the function that is currently selected. Click the links in the context menu to view the solution that is discussed there. What's New in the Solutions Guide?
We are rolling out the Solutions Guide with the version 1.0 release of Ipswitch WhatsUp Professional 2005. Right now, everything is new. This section lists the newest topics and changes to the site. Once they appear here for a while, the items are moved to the update archive. 12/01 - Added Configuring a remote SQL Server 2000.

Upgrading from Gold?

Download the custom report template (right-click and select 'Save Target As...') to use with the instructions found in the Reports chapter of the WhatsUp Professional Getting Started Guide. |
