21 Days after purchase date:

30 Days after purchase date:
- WS_FTP Professional, WS_FTP Home, WS_FTP Server, WS_FTP Server with SSH, WS_FTP Professional SDK, WS_FTP Web Transfer Module
60 Days after purchase date:
- IMail Server, Ipswitch Instant Messaging, Anti-virus with IMail Server
- VT320, TNExplorer/TN2000
Warranty coverage includes e-mail support & telephone support. (does not cover WS_FTP Pro Software Development Kit)
For a full 12 months of upgrades and unlimited technical support, buy a Service Agreement. (Many Ipswitch products come with a one year service agreement)
