All Ipswitch products are covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ipswitch software within 30 days of purchase, just e-mail our customer service team or call +1 (781) 676-5700 to arrange for your return and refund.
Registered Products
Be sure to register your purchased product, to receive technical support under warranty, and notification of all bug-fixes, patches, and minor updates for the current major version of a product you have purchased. If you purchase your Ipswitch product from our website, it is pre-registered.
Major and Minor Versions
A major version change is signified by a change to the number on the left of the version's decimal point, or the first decimal point to the right, e.g. 4.0 to 5.0 or 5.0
to 5.3, etc.
A minor version change is signified by a change to the second or greater decimal point. (minor release examples: 4.00 to 4.01 or 5.30 to 5.36, etc.).
Warranty Support
All registered users are entitled to support under warranty. Warranty coverage includes email and telephone support, as well as all patches and upgrades.
Service Agreements
Service Agreements are available only to registered users of purchased products. When you purchase a Service Agreement, you are automatically eligible to receive an upgrade to the latest version, you obtain an additional twelve months of email and telephone support, and you're entitled to an additional twelve months of patches and upgrades.
