Blocking a User

If you receive unwanted messages from a user, you can prevent that user from sending you further messages.

 

What should you know about blocking a user?

Note: Blocking a user is a semipermanent action. Once you block a user, he or she will not be able to send a message to you until you remove him or her from your Blocked Users list on the Privacy Options page.

 

To block a user, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Conversation Window, Select Action > Block all Message from.... A confirmation box displays.
     

  2. Click Yes to block the user or click No to stop the block process.
