Appendix I. Changing the Look and Feel of Web Calendaring
Each page that can be displayed in the IMail Web Calendaring interface is generated by a web template. You can edit the web templates to change the look and feel of the interface. If you have multiple mail hosts, each mail host can have a different IMail Web Calendaring interface.
Some examples of changes you can make are:
- You can change page background colors, button colors, and labels by editing the buton.txt file.
- By editing HTML code in the templates, you can rearrange the components of a page (such as columns, buttons, list boxes and text boxes), and move or delete functions by editing the web templates used to generate the web pages.
- You can use calendar "tags" within a template to change the display of dynamic information, such as calendar view. For a complete guide to using tags in a template, see the "Calendar HTML Template Document" (iwebcaltags.doc file in the [IMail top dir]\Web\Calendar directory).
The following sections describe how the IMail Web Calendaring directories are structured and how to make changes to the interface.
