Viewing the Fax Queue Files

To view the faxes in the queue, select Queue from the View menu.

If there are faxes in the queue, you can select one to display the header information. You can select one or all faxes in the queue and select to send them. Only one instance can try to send a fax at a time, so if the fax process has already started, you will receive a message. Each time a fax is successfully sent, the current process checks the queue for another fax to send.

You can select a fax in the queue and select to remove it.

If there are no messages in the queue, a message states that there are no messages.
