License Key Activation Troubleshooting

Your license key is product and version-specific. If you own multiple versions of the same software, each version has its own key. Please visit www.ipswitch.com/lkloc to determine what product and version your license key will activate.

How to obtain your license keys:

  • Visit our download center at http://www.ipswitch.com/dlc
  • Log in with your serial number and registered email address (Forgot your serial number?) The screen will display all Ipswitch software purchased under that email address along with its corresponding license key and link to download.

How do I activate my evaluation?

Offline Activation:
Offline activation takes place when your computer is not connected to the internet or you are behind a Firewall or Proxy Server. If you are given a challenge code, please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/licensing/offline.asp to obtain your response code. If you have no internet access at all at your location, please contact Ipswitch Customer Service at 781-676-5700 to obtain your response code.
