IMail Getting Started Guide. This printed booklet, contains the installation instructions for IMail Server, as well as information to plan your installation. It also includes an appendix that gives an introduction to DNS. This booklet is also available in pdf format in the IMail top directory.

Application Help. Help is always available by clicking the Help button or pressing F1 in IMail Administrator, Web Messaging, and Web Calendaring.

Release Notes (ntimsvc.txt). The release notes, located in the IMail top directory, provide an overview of the changes for the current release, as well as known issues and bug fixes. Also included are template additions and modifications, and special instructions for advanced configurations, such as using an external database, and upgrading.

IMail Tag reference (Tags.doc). This document, located in the IMail top directory/web folder, lists all IMail tags that are used in the web messaging templates, and how you can use them to customize the product for your needs.

IMail Statistics Tag Reference (Stattags.doc). This document, located in the IMail top directory/Web folder, lists explains all IMail tags that are associated with statistical features, such as the overall system statistics and the statistics for logged in users.

Web Calendaring tags Reference (iwebcaltags.doc). This document, located in the IMail top directory/web/calendar folder, lists and explains all IMail tags that are used in web calendaring, and how to use them to customize the product for your needs.

Upgrading Customized Templates document (upgrade6to8.txt). This document, located in the IMail top directory/Web/Upgrade Help folder, explains how to upgrade previous versions of web messaging templates, to include the functionality of the version 8 templates, without overwriting the files. This is a useful resource if you have previously customized your files and want to add features without losing your customizations.

Readme.html. This document, located in the IMail top Directory/Web/Upgrade Help folder, lists all web messaging and web calendaring template changes for the current release, including new templates.

Discussion list. The IMail Server discussion list, is an opportunity to interact with other IMail Server customers, and to share tips and tricks for using IMail Server. You can sign up for the discussion list by visiting the IMail Support Center at www.ipswitch.com.
