Global Settings for Existing Users

IMail Administrator lets you make global changes to existing users.

To set global settings for existing users:

1. Select the Users folder under the desired host name.
2. Click the Global User Changes button.

   You see the following default settings for existing users.

   

Disabling an Entire Domain

To disable an entire domain (all the users in a domain) at once:

1. Select No under Allow user to change password remotely to prevent users from changing their passwords from mail clients that allow such changes, or from a web browser.
2. Select No under Allow POP3 access to mailbox. (IMAP uses the same login ID and password.)
3. Select No under Allow Web Access.
