Ipswitch's technical support engineers have years of combined support experience, as well as extensive knowledge of Windows server administration and TCP/IP networking. Each engineer specializes in one or more Ipswitch products and many have advanced certifications such as MCSE or CNE.
- Speedy response to e-mail queries. By using a sophisticated e-mail management system, the technical support team can track all e-mail support questions and follow-ups to route them to the correct engineer and make sure that they are answered in a timely manner. If the engineer doesn't have an answer, he/she can quickly send the question to a senior tech.
- Extensive test beds and remote access capability. If Ipswitch tech support can't duplicate your configuration on their test machines, they can log on to your systems remotely to troubleshoot the problem "on the spot."
