Ipswitch Strengthens Its Commitment to Brazil with New Distributor Agreement
Company Signs Leading Brazilian Distributor Network1
Lexington, Massachusetts - July 17, 2007 - Ipswitch, Inc., a leading developer of network monitoring, messaging and secure managed file transfer solutions, today announced it has entered into a new distribution agreement that will enable the company to extend its global reach and promote its products broadly in Brazil with Network1, a distributor specialized in data communication, convergence, voice, and security products.
Network1 will now be stocking Ipswitch's entire product suite consisting of WhatsUp Gold network monitoring product which allows IT managers to quickly and efficiently monitor IT networks; its WS_FTP file transfer solution which is currently the industry's most advanced file transfer product and is the de facto standard with over 40 million users worldwide, and its IMail Server product which provides technology managers with an easily installed and simple-to-use messaging and collaboration solution.
