Key enhancements in WhatsUp Gold include a new Web application, workspaces with 100+ customizable reports and enhanced IPv6 monitoring, giving the product far more functionality and capabilities than comparably priced network monitoring products. WhatsUp Gold v11 marks the next stage in Ipswitch's winning history of providing comprehensive and easy to use network monitoring tools to companies of all sizes, worldwide.

WhatsUp Gold v11 Key Feature Highlights:

  • Scalable Web framework - the new Web application provides a framework that makes use of Jscript technology and AJAX for an enhanced end-user usability and performance experience.
  • Workspaces with 100+ customizable reports – new workspaces enable administrators to set up or assign a configurable "personal-dashboard" that includes network visuals and drill down capability for all the devices and services under the administrators' responsibility. A managing administrator can assign a configured workspace to a subordinate.
  • 50 New & Enhanced Full Reports – allow administrators to view, print and distribute graphical or plain text reports to colleagues or important decision makers for informational or remedy purposes.
  • Enhanced IPv6 monitoring - now IT administrators and buyers have the ability to monitor IPv6 platforms as transparently as IPv4 platforms.

Other new features in WhatsUp Gold v11 include:

  • New monitoring tools including bulk field change for passive monitors and maintenance
  • WhatsUp engine monitoring tools
  • Performance enhancements in Web server and engine

WhatsUp Gold v11 Premium Edition is available in four tiers, defined by the number of devices to be managed:

  • Up to 100 Devices: $2,595
  • Up to 300 Devices: $3,795
  • Up to 500 Devices $4,995
  • 1000+ Devices: $6,995

WhatsUp Gold v11 Standard Edition is also available in four tiers, defined by the number of devices to be managed:

  • Up to 100 Devices: $1,995
  • Up to 300 Devices: $2,495
  • Up to 500 Devices $3,595
  • 1000+ Devices: $5295

Customers with active service agreements for WhatsUp Professional 2006 Premium Edition and WhatsUp Professional 2006 Standard Edition will receive WhatsUp Gold v11 Premium Edition and WhatsUp Gold v11 Standard Edition respectively at no charge.
