An 18-year high-tech industry veteran with proven success in the development and implementation of international marketing programs and communications innovations, April comes to Ipswitch from his most recent position as Vice President of Marketing at security software provider Cyber-Ark of Dedham, MA.

During his nearly four years at Cyber-Ark Software, April built and implemented aggressive marketing positioning, messaging and branding programs that rapidly established the company’s national and international customer base. Prior to Cyber-Ark, April was Senior Director of Marketing at Quarry Technologies in Burlington, MA where his strategic marketing leadership elevated Quarry from an unknown entity to an industry-leading competitor among the top, established brand name providers.As director of market development at T.sqware, a network processor startup, April was instrumental in facilitating and closing strategic negotiations, as well as managing marketing communications, partnership development and product marketing activities. Prior to T.sqware, he was director of marketing for Securicor 3net, and also held senior product management and product marketing roles at Eicon Technology.
