Downloading Patches and Upgrades
If a software patch is created to fix a bug in the currently shipping version of a product, Ipswitch places the patch on our Web site.
Product upgrades are also available on our FTP and Web sites. A service agreement for Ipswitch Collaboration Suite includes all product updates for twelve months.

- In your Web browser, go to: www.ipswitch.com/support/patches-upgrades.html
- Click the product link.
- Select the appropriate patch or upgrade.
- Follow the installation instructions.
